How do I cancel an order?

If you want to cancel an order, please email us at support@geniistreetwear.com as quickly as possible (with your order number and date). If your order has already been marked as fulfilled and you have received shipping confirmation and/or a tracking number, please note it can not be canceled and must refer to your Return Policy.As a general rule, please note that orders placed more than 48 hours before the request of cancellation will have likely already been processed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow up to 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri) for production, and 7-10 business days forshipping once it is in the U.S. Packages may be delivered earlier than the estimated date. Please note that the time frames are estimates and not guarantees.Overall, it may take up to 2 - 2.5 weeks for you to receive your order.

Why does my item(s) smell like vinegar?

Accepted Answer

We produce our apparel when orders are received from our manufacturer to keep the design fresh and clean. The vinegar smell you might experience is because of a primer base to fuse the ink into the garment to hold together, which is applied during production. The smell usually goes away after it has been washed.We apologize in advance if you have or will experience this problem.

How come my items didn't come in one package?

You may receive more than one package due to Genii having multiple manufacturers and warehouses.For example, if you buy one hat, a shirt, and a hoodie, each item may come in a different package depending on which manufacturer produces it. Also, hats with a brim would be shipped in separate packages to keep their best condition. Production time varies from each manufacturer, meaning different shipment dates/times for each item you purchase.

Is there any other shipping methods besides standard?

We are currently looking into bringing faster shipping methods. Please be patient while we work out a solution.Please be advised that standard shipping may take 7-10 business days after production. Remember, you can always track your shipment with the tracking number that was provided to you. Genii has no control over or is not responsible for any package(s) once shipped from our facilities.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not exchange items for wrongful purchase(s), such as the wrong size or color of the item. Please pay attention to the description on the product page for size charts.Please see our Return Policy & Shipping page for more information about Remakes.

Haven't received an email confirmation with my order numbers?

It's possible that the confirmation email was sent to your spam/junk folder. If you still can not find it, please email us at support@geniistreetwear.com so we can confirm and make any necessary updates.

Haven't received a tracking number or shipping information?

Accepted Answer

It takes approximately 5-7 business days for production (Saturday and Sunday are not business days), maybe even longer depending on the decoration, like embroidery, and cut & sew, which usually has a longer production time. It will then be packaged and shipped to your destination.Please note that within the production time, you will not receive a tracking number and/or a shipping email confirmation until your order has been officially shipped. Your package should roughly arrive within -7-10 business days once it's been shipped from our facility.Please feel free to contact us at support@geniistreetwear.com if it has been more than 14 days since you have not received a shipping confirmation.

What if the product was damaged in the mail?

We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to support@geniistreetwear.com. Once it has been approved, we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you!More details about replacements are in our Return & Shipping Policy.

Can coupons or discount codes be stacked?

Good question! Unfortunately, no, they can not be stacked.You would have to decide which offer suits you best for your shopping needs.
